The Accommodation consists of side gate into a courtyard with traditional marble staircase leading to the first floor. A main front door opens onto a spacious hallway and the facilities are as follows:
Kitchen: New fully fitted cupboards and work surfaces with sink unit, two ring electric hob unit with small oven and grill, fridge with freezer and small eating table.
Bathroom: Sink, w.c and shower with fitted cupboards for linen and wall mirror.
Bedroom/Living Room: New Double Bed! fitted wardrobes, new sofa bed which opens to offer additional sleeping for one adult or child, dining table and double doors with wooden shutters leading to private balcony with further table and chairs offering fantastic views of the Aegean Ocean and the 4 km beach of Skala Eressos.
The property is serviced every two days and thoroughly cleaned and linen changed once per week.
The Lissia Studios and Apartments are set in an extremely well appointed three storey building in a very popular location here in Skala Eressos. Situated in a quiet residential street the private entrance to the small complex opens into three floors of completely private apartments and studios, all with self catering facilities including fridge, cooking unit and sink with large fully tiled private bathroom and private balcony.
All accommodation is extremely spacious and well decorated, fitted and maintained to a high standard throughout providing the visitor with all modern amenities and the space to enjoy them! Studios are available for two, three or four persons and apartments have two separate rooms with twin beds and double beds respectively to accommodate up to four persons comfortably.
The studios and apartments are cleaned regularly by the owner. Toilet bins and general clean every two days and full linen change and clean every week.

The Nikki Studios are located in a quiet, residential area and within 200 meters of the waterfront taverns and beach. The six studios are located on the upper ground or first floor. All are larger than the norm and for 2008 will be on the market as double bedded studios which offer light cooking facilities (cooking rings, fridge), tiled bathroom with bath as well as shower. They all have a good sized front balcony with village views and all are air-conditioned.

There are 3 apartments here, of which two are situated on a raised ground floor, and each with their own private veranda. The 3rd apartment is the latest addition to this property and is located on the top floor and has a very large private terrace.
The ground floor apartments offer light and airy space for two or three persons. They have a private front door leading to a Lounge / Diner with fitted kitchenette. The comfortable sofa here converts to a single bed should it be needed. The bedroom at the rear of the property has double doors leading to a balcony and double bed with wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
There is also a good sized fully tiled private bathroom with w.c and shower. The top floor apartment has it's own entrance via the back of the property. It has a double bedroom and separate fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower & w.c. This apartment has a large private terrace
